You will able to recover your password or verification e-mail by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to GreenX Home page, click on "Log In" button at the top right. 

Step 2: Click on the "Can't Login?" link at the bottom of the window.

Step 3: Select the issues you facing (1) and enter the GreenX Email (2) and click "Send Email".

Step 4: Check your email account, an action e-mail should be sent to you. (please check the "SPAM" inbox)

Step 5: Click on the link embedded in the email we have sent the you and create a new password for your account.

Congratulation!  You have recovered your account!
