International Wire Transfer deposit is recommended for all customers.
Step 1: Navigate to “Wallets” tab on the top. Select the FIAT currency user wish to deposit and click the deposit button on the right side.
Step 2: Fill up all the necessary details in the pop-up window and click “Place Deposit Ticket”.
Step 3: Click “Confirm” and note down the given "Deposit Ticket ID reference number" from the next window for further enquiry purpose.
Note:
- Opening a deposit ticket on GreenX WILL NOT transfer your funds.
- You need to make a wire transfer via your bank by yourself.
- Make sure to include your deposit reference code as a transfer reference and write "Investment" as the reason for transfer.
- International Wire transfer deposits usually take 2-5 business days to arrive at our bank account (weekends and bank holidays excluded).
